UFC GYM Taps BJJLINK to Run Its New Jiu Jitsu Studios

UFC GYM has named BJJLINK the official software for all new UFC GYM BJJ franchise studios, and the first New York studio is already live.

UFC GYM is building a new generation of jiu jitsu studios, and BJJLINK is the software running them. Under a multi-year agreement, BJJLINK is the official gym management platform for all new UFC GYM BJJ franchise studios, bringing memberships, billing, scheduling, attendance and curriculum into one jiu jitsu focused system.

From announcement to a live studio

UFC GYM expanded its software agreement with MMA.INC, the parent company of BJJLINK, in September 2025, following its global expansion announcement earlier that year. The goal was to give every new BJJ studio in the UFC GYM network the same operational backbone from day one.

That plan is now a working studio. UFC GYM Jiu-Jitsu (Jiu Livre) opened at 383 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan on August 8, 2026, which UFC GYM describes as its first standalone jiu jitsu studio. BJJLINK is live there, powering day-to-day operations. A Florida studio is scheduled to follow in January 2027.

Built for franchise consistency

Franchise growth lives or dies on repeatability. A student who trains at one studio should find the same booking flow, the same belt tracking and the same experience at the next. By standardizing on BJJLINK, UFC GYM gives its owners and coaches a proven system instead of asking each location to piece together its own tools.

Support matters just as much as software. UFC GYM franchisees get priority onboarding and dedicated support from a team that works with jiu jitsu academies every day.

“BJJLINK offers a truly comprehensive solution, handling everything from billing and attendance to member tracking, belts, and curriculum, making day-to-day operations seamless and stress-free.”
Donnie Oliver, Executive Vice President, International Franchise & Global Fitness Operations, UFC GYM

Why it matters for the jiu jitsu community

The business side of jiu jitsu has not always kept pace with the mat side. A partnership between one of the most recognized fitness and combat sports brands in the world and a platform built specifically for jiu jitsu is a signal that the sport’s infrastructure is maturing.

Nick Langton, CEO of MMA.INC, framed the agreement as a statement about where training is headed: “This extension validates our shared belief that the future of martial arts training is both physical and digital.”

For independent academy owners, the takeaway is practical. The same platform that supports UFC GYM franchise studios is available to any academy through BJJLINK Admin+, with the same tools for billing, attendance, scheduling and growth.

What comes next

With the New York studio live and Florida on the calendar, the focus now is on helping each new UFC GYM jiu jitsu studio open smoothly and grow on a solid foundation. UFC GYM franchisees can book a demo to see Admin+ setup, and any academy curious about what BJJLINK can do can start a free trial.
